    SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

    We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping service worldwide. A fee is charged to ship to countries that do not qualify for free shipping. You will know if your country qualifies for free shipping during checkout.

    WE offer Domestic US shipping free with $50 purchase or with offer code if they have one worldwide shipping will always incur a shipping fee.

    We need to up the shipping times by 4 days on the back end so for US 3 to 10 days all of them need adjusted a bit.

    Make a disclaimer for Longer shipping times during the holidays as Shipping carriers have delays and longer delivery expected times

     

    RETURNS

    Treehouse Kidz Club is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it. You can return your purchase within 14 days of the receipt date (with original packaging). 

    1. Email orders@treehousekidzclub.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund once the items are received back at our warehouse. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we, of course, will cover return shipping. 
    2. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or that your item is defective in any way, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand your frustration and we want to make it right!
    3. To cancel an order, please contact Treehouse Kidz Club as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
    4. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
    5. All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the purchase.
